1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to wif4d.cam and all associated mobile applications, services, and gaming interfaces operated by wif4d.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who creates an account, accesses, or uses the wif4d Platform.
• "We," "Us," or "wif4d" refers to the operator of the wif4d gaming platform and all related services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User to access wif4d services.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer games, and other gaming products available on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to money deposited into your wif4d Account, whether in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or any other accepted currency.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives provided by wif4d subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required to confirm your age, identity, and residency.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To create an account and use wif4d services, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted.
• You must not be located in any territory where online gambling is prohibited by law.

2.2 Account Creation

When you register for a wif4d Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain only ONE account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
• Notify wif4d immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wif4d is legally required to verify the identity of all players. Before processing your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document).
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding your ID document next to your face with all details clearly visible.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time to comply with regulatory requirements or prevent fraud. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal of funds being held until verification is complete.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using wif4d services:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Employees of wif4d or any affiliated gaming operators, and their immediate family members.
• Individuals who have previously had their wif4d account suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.
• Individuals who are self-excluded from gambling activities or listed on any gambling exclusion register.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wif4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT) where legally permitted.

3.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 (ten thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• There is no maximum deposit limit, but transaction limits may apply based on your chosen payment method.
• All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within seconds to minutes.
• wif4d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with our support team.
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times: Bank transfers typically take 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (09:00-18:00 WIB). E-wallet withdrawals take 5-30 minutes. Off-peak and weekend withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.
• All bonus funds must meet their respective wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• wif4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests (exceeding Rp 50.000.000) which may extend processing time up to 72 hours.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

wif4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. Accounts used primarily for fund transfers without gaming activity will be flagged and may be suspended pending investigation.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

wif4d offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are granted at wif4d's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus can be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional or advantage players may be excluded from bonus eligibility.
• Bonus abuse (including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting software errors) will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses come with wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example:

• A 15x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling 15 times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the specific promotion) before withdrawal is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period (typically 30 days from bonus activation). Failure to complete wagering within this timeframe results in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is Rp 50.000 per bet or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings.

4.3 Welcome Bonus Specific Terms

Our standard Welcome Bonus offers a 100% match on your first deposit up to Rp 5.000.000 with a 15x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. This bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address. You must opt-in to receive the Welcome Bonus at the time of your first deposit. The bonus cannot be claimed retroactively.

4.4 Cashback and Loyalty Rewards

wif4d offers weekly cashback and VIP loyalty programs with exclusive benefits. Cashback is calculated on net losses over a specified period and is subject to lower wagering requirements (typically 3x). VIP tier progression is based on total wagering volume and provides enhanced bonuses, faster withdrawals, and dedicated account management.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

wif4d is committed to providing fair and transparent gaming. All games on our Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by wif4d or any player.

5.2 Game Rules and Malfunctions

• Each game available on the wif4d Platform has specific rules that are displayed within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.
• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts are void and will be refunded to your Account balance.
• wif4d is not responsible for losses caused by interruptions in internet connectivity on your end. Ensure you have a stable connection before placing bets.

5.3 Sports Betting Terms

For sports betting products including football betting on BRI Liga 1, English Premier League, La Liga, and other competitions:

• All bets are settled according to the official result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus injury time for football), unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Postponed or Abandoned Events: If an event is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets are void and stakes refunded. Exception: Live in-play bets are settled on outcomes already determined.
• Settlement Errors: If a bet is settled incorrectly due to human or technical error, wif4d reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust your Account balance accordingly, even after the event has concluded.
• Maximum Payouts: wif4d reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain bet types or accumulator bets. These limits will be communicated at the time of bet placement.

5.4 Live Casino Terms

For live dealer games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and sicbo:

• The dealer's visual and audio presentation is authoritative. In case of discrepancy between visual presentation and electronic records, the dealer's physical outcome prevails.
• You must place your bet before the "No More Bets" announcement. Late bets will not be accepted.
• Abusive or disruptive behavior toward dealers or other players is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the table and potential account suspension.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

6.1 Fraud and Abuse

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Using stolen or fraudulent payment methods.
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals without legitimate cause.

6.2 Illegal Activities

• Using wif4d services for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Providing false identity documents or impersonating another person.
• Accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Allowing minors (persons under 21) to access your Account.

6.3 Account Misuse

• Sharing your Account credentials with third parties.
• Allowing another person to use your Account.
• Using your Account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Suspension by wif4d

wif4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You provide false or misleading information.
• Your Account shows signs of problem gambling behavior and you refuse assistance.

During suspension, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. We will investigate the matter and notify you of the outcome. If the suspension is lifted, any legitimate funds will be available for withdrawal. If termination is permanent, deposits will be refunded (minus any bonuses and winnings derived from violations), but winnings may be forfeited.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must:

• Withdraw all remaining funds from your Account balance.
• Complete any active wagering requirements or forfeit associated bonuses.
• Confirm there are no pending bets or disputes.

Account closures are permanent and cannot be reversed. You may not create a new account after voluntary closure without wif4d's explicit written permission.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. After 18 months of inactivity, wif4d reserves the right to deduct a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 from dormant account balances. You will receive email notification 30 days before any fees are applied.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Warranties

The wif4d Platform and all games are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. wif4d does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Game results will meet your expectations or result in winnings.
• Any defects or errors will be corrected immediately.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wif4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to protect login credentials.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.

Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of wif4d services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless wif4d, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wif4d is licensed to operate. By using our services, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.

9.2 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding wif4d services, you must first attempt to resolve it through our internal dispute resolution process:

1. Contact Customer Support: Submit a detailed description of your complaint via live chat or email.
2. Escalation to Management: If not resolved within 5 business days, your complaint will be escalated to our management team.
3. Final Decision: Management will review your complaint and provide a final decision within 10 business days.

All decisions made by wif4d management regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account disputes are final and binding.

9.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal process shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction where wif4d is licensed. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and wif4d regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

By creating an account and using wif4d services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the wif4d Platform.
